Day 1: PICKUP.
Our driver will pick you up from the airport to the hotel for an overnight stay. Overnight at Grand Melia.
Day 2: Arusha to Ngorongoro
The morning will begin with a drive from Arusha to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, followed by a descent to the Crater Floor. You will participate in a full day of game safaris and have lunch at the Hippo poolside picnic site. After lunch, you will resume your search for rhinos, elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, impalas, gerenuks, etc. on the Crater floor. Ngorongoro Crater is also renowned for its birdlife; at Lake Makat in the midst of the crater floor, you can observe flamingos, pelicans, Egyptian geese, and a variety of other aquatic species. Other birds include the hammer kop, the Lilac-breasted roller, and numerous others. Overnight at Rhino lodge.
Day 3: Ngorongoro to Serengeti.
After breakfast at your lodge, you will depart for Tanzania's most famous and the country's first national park, Serengeti National Park. On your journey, you will have the opportunity to visit Olduvai Gorge, where human fossils were discovered by the Leakey family, indicating that humanity originated in Four Seasons. You will be able to see buffaloes, elephants, cheetahs, lions, baboons, zebras, and so many avian species living in the area. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Heritage.
Day 4: FULL DAY SERENGETI.
Wake up for a full day of game drives in the Serengeti plains with a picnic lunch taken at one of the designated sites, or if you wish you can do an early morning game drive and then go back to the lodge/tented camp for breakfast then relax until in the afternoon. You can then go for a sunset game drive in the plains. Overnight at Serengeti Heritage.
Day 5: Fly to Zanzibar:
OPTIONAL HOT AIR BALLOON. On this day you will have another morning at Serengeti but you can decide to do the hot air balloon safari where you can experience the mighty Serengeti from above, later you will be taken to the airstrip to fly to Zanzibar.
